Connect securely to the reporter’s writer for a live view of the transcript as it is being written. Attorneys can rewind for self-read backs, search the testimony, and make annotations or highlights within the transcript. In the case of virtual depositions, video can be streamed in tandem with the text.
Make use of TSG’s secure online file storage solutions, including searchable case repositories for transcripts, exhibits, and even streaming video, which will remain available for the life of your case.
Using our state-of-the-art videoconference system, you can connect with multiple participants throughout the world with high-definition clarity. We support both IP and ISDN configurations.

“I have been using TSG Reporting exclusively for all of my cases and their commitment to customer service is unmatched in this industry (or any other, for that matter). Many of the cases that TSG handles for my group take place around the country, and their service is always top notch in every market. From their reporters to the timely delivery of all materials to being able to reach someone who can help us at any hour of the day or night, TSG is the best I have ever worked with – bar none. As one partner in my group put it, ‘you can set it and forget it with TSG, they never miss.”
“For close to 10 years, I have regularly used TSG as my provider for court reporting services. Their service is second to none and their reporters promptly deliver clean transcripts. They are always available at any time of the day to deal with technical glitches and to coordinate with correspondent reporters in other jurisdictions. TSG’s professionals are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.”
TSG can provide you with the court reporter, videographer and remote platform. You’ll just need a computer with reliable high speed internet and a camera/mic (built-in or usb). Most laptops have built-in cameras and microphones, so that’s a great place to start.
Yes. Many of our clients like having that second monitor for remote depositions and hearings as it can be used for a real-time transcript feed or other space-saving options.
Throughout 2020, Zoom has proven to be the stand-out leader in remote meetings. Due to its familiarity, reliability, and ease of use most of TSG’s clients are using Zoom as the cornerstone of their remote depositions. Exhibits can easily be viewed on-screen and shared in the chat room.
Yes. We are happy to accommodate remote depositions and hearings in a variety of platforms. The best place to start is for us to ask you what platform your firm typically uses for internal meetings. We’ve used Webex, Teams, GoToMeeting, etc. We can also offer browser-based solutions such as Remote Depo (by vTestify) and LiveLitiigation.
When circumstances prevent our personnel from being in the room with the witness, they will attend remotely, just like all of the participants. Certifications, time zones, and pricing should align with the city where the witness is located.
TSG is responsible for providing our clients with admissible legal videography. That means we’ll provide you with the same product we would provide for an in-person deposition. Our videographers will capture only on-the-record testimony of only the video panel for the witness. The video will have time stamps and our videographers will provide the appropriate read-on.
